3. Overcoming Burnout Workshops

This 4-week workshop was about connecting with ourselves, each other, overcoming burnout, and to make room to envision our future. I designed, hosted, and faciliated four of these workshops online in 2022 for women surfers around the world suffering from burnout through my platform Sea Together Magazine.

4. Mental health for leaders coaching
I offered coaching and mentorship to help leaders overcome burnout, self-neglect, and helping them to recenter their visions.

5. Art Institutions Education Cannon beach arts association workshops: puffin locals workshop, Kids teaching - bunnies and puffin
I taught various experiential art courses inspired by the local animals and plants of the coastline.

6.Zine workshop at San Diego Surf ladies and Aoka surf, and sea together retreat
I created an experiential zine workshop to help people connect with each other, encourage each other in surfing, and reflect on their own relatonship to the ocean adn nature.

7. Journaling and writing workshops
I have created a series of journal prompts that help people to connect to themsevles through nature, and reflect upon their own life processes to find new healing, joy, and freedom. I have faciliated these workshops both in person in Oregon and also online through my platform Sea Together Magazine.

8. Art and ecology workshops
I faciliated and taught a workshop to help people first learn about ecology below the ocean and then draw waves upon the ocean.

9. Online one-on-one art teaching or art therapy

I have also offered one-on-one art teaching on zoom for people around the world to help them overcome their fears around art.
